Perhaps we could try something a little different? Have three options on
the download page:

Option 1) Netbooks or hardware three years or more old (32-bit)
Option 2) New, non-netbook hardware (64-bit)
Option 3) Small text link leading to complete download list, including
spins like KDE and XFCE


Or just have the download page provide a link to "List all download
options" or "Ask me some questions about my hardware" (with every
question offering an "I don't know option")
