Nope, it was me who missed it, actually - it's the SELinux problem -
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=614574 . (Again, I'd note
that having SELinux enabled is the default, so if systemd doesn't boot
with SELinux enabled, we shouldn't switch to it until that's fixed.
