We now have a staging koji server that has been modified to accept builds from our test dist-git server. I've also updated fedpkg (in the fedora-packager package) to build against this koji instance. What I would like is for people to do some trials, duplicate what they are doing in dist-cvs over on dist-get with fedpkg and try to build things so that we can get a picture of where things are falling over, or where things are working. We're also looking for people that will help create draft modifications to documentation regarding CVS. I can be a source of info for how things work in dist-git and I need volunteers to get the info from me and translate it into draft wiki pages. Another recently done target in fedpkg is the "import" command, which can be used to import contents from an srpm. I have tested it somewhat, but I'd like more people who regularly use cvs-import.sh to try it as well. So grab fedora-packager-0.4.2.3 (may have to enable updates-testing) and start playing with making changes, diffing, committing, building, the types of things you normally do in CVS. We still have a chance at making the cut over at or before we branch, I'd really like to go into F14 branched phase with dist-get conversion behind us. Thanks in advance!
