I've added that link to a new section on the feature page on our wiki:

I hope that in the main that porting will be negligible, that a simple
rebuild by the script will be sufficient, and that there won't be any
major "gotchas".  (touches wood)  If you run into something nasty,
please add it to that section on the feature page.
