Also note that we explicitly patch the build time checks for PyKDE4 (subpackage of kdebindings) out of some KDE modules which have Python-based subpackages needing PyKDE4 at runtime because we DON'T want to BR PyKDE4, since kdebindings is usually one of the last packages we build for a given KDE version.
