Poorly :-). Though KDE is far from the only problem, and that particular upgrade didn't go nearly as bad as when I tried to go from F10+updates to F11 (somewhat after F12 had been released). Upgrading from {Fn with updates} to {Fn+1 without updates} is just plain broken.
