You offered to write both of them and I agreed afaics. Nevertheless I
did not mail them directly, because I hoped the full situation could be
resolved in some clean way, e.g. just perform a non responsive
maintainer procedure on all affected maintainers at once instead of all
these quick actions that leave a lot of confusion. Nevertheless, it is
too late now, anyhow.
