I suggest calling the package something with Java in it. Normally we base our names on the tarball name, i.e. java-lzma or lzma-java. Another possibility would be java-SevenZip or SevenZip-java (based on the JAR name), but I don't like this because it's mixed case and because it refers to the 7-Zip program whereas the JAR is just the LZMA SDK, it does not cover all the functionality of 7-Zip (I think it doesn't even handle .7z archives).
