Yo! Just a little heads-up: I am about do add a dependency on a new package "rtkit" to PA, effectively meaning rtkit will be installed by default. rtkit is "RealtimeKit", it's a tiny bus activated service that hands out supervised RT scheduling to clients that ask for it. If you maintain a desktop application that uses rt, it might or might not be a good idea to modify it to make use of this. If you want to know what all this is about and for the reasons for it, please read the README: http://git.0pointer.de/?p=rtkit.git;a=blob;f=README and this announcement on LAD: http://linuxaudio.org/mailarchive/lad/2009/6/19/156064 Thanks, Lennart -- Lennart Poettering Red Hat, Inc. lennart [at] poettering [dot] net http://0pointer.net/lennart/ GnuPG 0x1A015CC4 -- fedora-devel-list mailing list fedora-devel-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-devel-list
