It worked until it was decided that having one volunteer is not fair (or nobody wanted to do it, but the solution for that would be to have somebody outside of FESCo sign up to follow the meetings and do the logs and summaries) and that the task should be rotated around all the members. The result was an example of "too many cooks", confusion ensued about whose turn it was and people were unable to coordinate it (because otherwise all the meetings would have been consumed by deciding who does the log and summary).
