I will probably do this in a couple of weeks, since it's only been a few
days since disabling the blinking, and some more time may allow me to
detect a pattern. Should it be filed under gnome-terminal, or is some
other component more likely to be responsible?
File it where you can see it and it can be reassigned if necessary.
