Xine-lib splits some demuxers from some codecs, but they also have
some "combined" plugins and the whole Ogg stack is in one of those, so
AFAIK (and my experience confirms that) playing Ogg content in a non-Ogg
container or non-Ogg content (including Dirac) in an Ogg container does not
work. :-(
