Which means it needs to be worked on now so the changes are in GNOME 3.24 for those changes that affect GNOME. And you'll also need to convey that need to the maintainers of other, non-GNOME, software in Fedora, so they can have their discussions with their upstreams in the same way as we're engaging here.
