Just to tack on (a bit late) to the copy/paste talk, this bug:

never seems to get much attention, but it's an extreme inconvenience
for anyone who uses a password manager, which is lots of people. I
cannot really run Wayland on any of my regular-use systems because of
that bug, it's just not practical to manually re-type long randomly-
generated passwords. And, of course, if you're in public, it's a huge
security risk, because you have to leave the password visible on the
screen so you can re-type it into the prompt.
