There's actually two upstream trackers, one Wayland and one
WaylandRelated. We've been assigning issues to them arbitrarily. Should
consider both of them.

Plus there's a downstream tracker as well, but I don't think this one
is helpful because few developers look at Red Hat Bugzilla.
