Due to Flock next week in Kraków, I won't be able to chair the
scheduled Workstation WG meeting on 2016-Aug-03 at 10am US-EDT (1400
UTC). We have at least two options:
* Someone else chairs, volunteers welcome
* Cancel
* This might be better, if lots of other WG members are also at
Flock
Thoughts?
