Fwiw, I personally disagree with the last part about requiring a matching HC 
icon (which can easily be fixed in an update).

That said, the policy only affects the *menu*, and I don't consider either 
anaconda or setroubleshoot to be typical applications, so -1 to considering 
either bug a blocker.
