If you wake up your screen by moving the mouse, as I and probably a lot of people do, the natural thing to do is also to remove the lock screen with the mouse. That you have to drag the lock screen up to do so - a gesture obviously intended for touch control - is a bit annoying and also not all that discoverable. It would be great if the lock screen would move away if you merely click on it. This is the obvious first thing that a user would try. It is also the behavior used in Windows 8, by the way.
