This discussion has been had numerous times in numerous forums.  It
isn't productive and continuing to rehash it is just filling up people
mailboxes with useless email.

Red Hat contributes to Fedora based on its interests, gaining benefit
from Fedora.
Volunteer members contribute to Fedora based on their interests,
gaining benefit from Fedora.

Those two groups of people are not separate and are collectively "the
Fedora community".  If a person does not like that community, they
aren't required to be part of it.
