Re: Fedora Logo on the login screen

... which, since many distributors of GNOME need to account for this case, seems reasonable enough reason to have that space reserved in both the login screen and any boot-time display (e.g. plymouth) already for a logo,
and for Fedora to put its logo there.

It sounds like we're going to have a logo in Fedora in any case, but
just for the sake of making my point clear, I really don't see why the former (having that possibility available for specific use cases of some users) would necessarily imply the latter (put a Fedora logo there for
all users).

apologies to all for adding the full conversation at end of my previous post....still setting up my mail server, and getting used to it's quirks.

@ Cosimo....
I think on install package Fedora needs it's logos shown and so they should be. What the admin does after that to the mass install version is their own prerogative. They are going going to do it anyways...That's what the Corp heads want and as such is done. But to decide to drop the logos on release version is to say we are pre-thinking that event to which there is no need.

nothing wrong with a slide up of the dress to show a bit of thigh....for that's what it is...you want then here it is honey come and get it.

I would like to pass the vote....go with the logo's....never seen an admin not look at the pretty thigh and smile back :)
