Hi, So here's the problem - qtcups was removed from the distro - kprinter is REALLY slow to load if you're running gnome - so something needs to give. See, people other than me have noticed it. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=118924 There is a start of a tool but it needs a lot of love and expansion,etc. So a couple of ideas that Tim Waugh suggested on irc - parse lpoptions -l -p [this printer] output and make dialog boxes for the configuration options - use those selections to modify the output correctly to print I'd be interested in working on this but I just don't have the time - if anyone would be interested in working on this and you need any suggestions on where to start let me or this list know, I'm sure we can come up with something.
