Updated Badge Graphics Resource

Hi guys!

I took some time off to update the Graphics Resource sheet for Fedora badges and added 42 new items from new approved badge artworks and publicdomainvectors.org

This is a work in progress and I plan to update more resource sheets soon so we can update them on the design resources page of Badges
