Thank you for that, a lot of it comes from training apprentices,
especially if English was a second language for them. And I try to teach
the same way I was taught - teach the concept, not the facts. Once
someone understands a concept they can figure the facts out for
themselves, this encourages them to think instead of quoting text books
like a parrot.
