I thought we established that in v4 or v3 that _single can get two DSC
interfaces to be allocated.

Consider a bonded DSI panel (num_intf = 2) and two DSC encoders being
requested (num_dsc = 2). The code goes to the
_dpu_rm_reserve_dsc_single().
