the patch based on kernel 6.0(rc4) will be easy to build and test here.

By the way, this problem happen on DELL/T630 too.
but it does not happen on DELL/T640.

please see the attachment file for the output of 'lspci -vn' on
DELL/T630 and DELL/T640.
