I've just done some testing with 5.2.7 - I still get the 135w/1.1v constant power state and crashing with DP+DP. - HDMI+DP works, but this was my original setup when I got the VII. Unfortunately I get random flickering and black screens on the HDMI monitor every 3-5 minutes as described in https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=110510
