OK, I started to use 5.2.5 kernel after the my last hang up with 4.20.11. It worked fine for 1 week. I'm trying 5.2.7 now. It is possible something was fixed in 5.2.5 because there was one commit which seemed related (drm/amdgpu: Reserve shared fence for eviction fence dd68722c427d5b33420dce0ed0c44b4881e0a416). But there are reasons to think I was just lucky for the week: the commit seems to relate to some VM support and I have got crashes without VM use, and ReddestDream reported the problem in 5.4.rc3 as well.
