We should bump the snapshot version number to 1.0.2 or 1.1.0 so the tools can detect whether this change has been applied. Likewise, the dm-multipath version should be bumped to 1.0.4 or 1.1.0 since the table format has changed from the old dm-multipath. Here's a patch for both files that increments the patchlevel-versions.
