Many boards of imx91 is the same as imx93. We should use overlay file to avoid duplicate every imx93's boards. There already have 14x14, 11x11, 9x9 boards dts file and some other overlay file base on these boards. If the board is totally new for imx91, still can include both imx93.dtsi and imx91.dtsi to create new boards dts.
