Thansk your advice, they are base on the same logic, I have noticed this at the begining,
but I don't abstract it because the parameter of recalc_rate is fixed, and no other parameter
can be passed into it.in fact, at the v1 version, I wanted to use a common interface to replace the logic of specific
implemetion,but the calculation of this clock was not standard, so I had to do this.
