We tested and merged PRs for core and rbd and I am building octopus-release branch now (RC4).

Assuming that nothing else comes up, will start QE validation.

Not strictly required, but it would be nice to include
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/46952.  That should be
it for RBD.
