Topics wanted for Ceph Developer Monthly, 2022-08-03

Hi Ceph developers,

Next month's CDM is coming up in a little over two weeks on Wednesday, August 3rd at 11:00am EST (time conversions below). In preparation for the event, we are looking for some topics spanning four different categories:

1. Usability: Enhancing the Ceph user experience
2. Quality: Improving Ceph's testing / release processes
3. Performance: Boosting Ceph's speed and memory usage
4. Ecosystem: Building involvement with the Ceph community

If you have a topic you've been working on that you'd be willing to discuss, please add it to the August CDM agenda [1]. If you are unsure about which category your topic might fit under, please reach out to me, or add it wherever you think it would fit best.

I'm hoping to get at least one topic in each category, which I'm certain we can do! Any and all topics are welcome.
