The provisional council for Quincy is:

Josh Durgin
Neha Ojha
Dan van der Ster

Thanks to all involved. There will be many opportunities to contribute
in a larger way to Ceph, beyond the council. Expect to hear more in the
coming weeks.

We'll continue to discuss the longer term governance model on github and
as needed on the CLT weekly call.
