This doesn't make the system more secure than using different (good) keys.
Ofcourse I suppose that one uses good keys. What I meant was that if you don't know what chipher that has been used then you have to try many different ways for attacking the crypto.
As far as I know you have to use quite different ways to attack cryptos that have been crypted with different chiphers. I think that may take much longer time since you don't know for sure what way to use for attacking the crypto.
