These numbers doesn't help. They are individual for your kernel.
Please use "man ksymoops" to learn more about this issue.

It's not implicitly the loop-patch causing this. Every patch modifying
the block-layer is a good candidate. I had a quite similar problem with
crypto-loop and xfs some revisions ago.
