You can losetup the source cryptfile, but not mount it. Then losetup the target cryptfile; also don't mount it. Let's call /dev/loop1 the source and /dev/loop2 the destination. Do dd if=/dev/loop1 of=/dev/loop2 bs=4k bs should be <= the blocksize of your (source) underlying filesystem.
