I was thinking that a company or other similar group who was really concerned about randomness could purchase a mobile driven by a fan and have the video from such fed to a computer (the quantizing of the video supposedly adds to the randomness). Then unique CDs could be ripped with seeds or passphrases based on this high source of entropy and distributed from said trusted source.
