Now if you stop flaming and READ the bounce in more detail,
you'll see it contains a URL:

http://orbz.org/b.php?140.174.2.1

This url not only shows that the host is an open mail relay,
but, if we click through to the URL below, that that mail
server is being actively (ab)used by spammers:

http://spamcop.net/w3m?action=checkblock&ip=140.174.2.1

The solution is for toad.com to fix their mailserver so
it cannot be used for spam relay.

I bet that you'd be paying even less attention if
NL.linux.org didn't have any anti-spam measures and
the list was 90% spam.
