Subject: Intel_pstate locked lowest mhz
To: <cpufreq@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

I can't get the CPU to change Speed, regardless what I try, permission
denied, are you root, and even ran it as root su - just be sure it
wasn't a path issue.
cpufreq-set -g performance seems to work but nothing happens.

if try to set to userspace what I get, or if I try to set the cpu speed.
Error setting new values. Common errors:
- Do you have proper administration rights? (super-user?)
- Is the governor you requested available and modprobed?
- Trying to set an invalid policy?
- Trying to set a specific frequency, but userspace governor is not available,
for example because of hardware which cannot be set to a specific frequency
or because the userspace governor isn't loaded?
Thank you.
Terry
