Not really. The whole point of the quorum is to prevent "split-brains" where two nodes can see the shared storage but not each other - which would corrupt the filesystem because they can't co-ordinate locking.
It'd still be nice to have the option to lock the quorum expected number down for those of us who understand the risks.. c'mon, I want the 'shoot myself in the foot.' option! :)
