I am also still on Nautilus. However I am planning different upgrade path. First I will update centos7 to an el9 equivalent. There is no Nautilus for el9, however I tried compiling it once, and I sort of got the necessary packages. From el9 you can upgrade to the newest ceph.
Soon I will add an el9 osd node to the existing el7 cluster to see how this goes.
