Re: ceph mimic and samba vfs_ceph

We maintain vfs_ceph for samba at mirror.croit.io for Debian Stretch and Buster.

We apply a9c5be394da4f20bcfea7f6d4f5919d5c0f90219 on Samba 4.9 for
Buster to fix this.
