So except for difference between CentOS7 & 6, every condition is same.
Is it right?

I'm assuming you're not using VM for both OSs.

I installed Centos 7. Then with Ceph-deploy Jewel. I know ist not
Release, but for testing enough. I installed the nfs kernel Server and
exportet the locally mounted cephfs as NF Export.
/etc/Exports /storage <Client
IP>(rw,async,no_subtree_check_no_root_quash)

On Client side the export is with mount -t nfs4 -o proto=tcp,timeo=4
<Server IP>:storage /storage mounted.

When i copy much Data into the Share i have sometime 200MB Transfer, and
sometime 400KB, too.

So i have to look for an Alternative.
