Thank you for your message Ilya.
The reason of running an "old" kernel is simple : we don't want to make
our own kernel and take care of updates, we prefer to use the processes
of Debian to get something "stable".
But it's ok, we will use Ceph-Fuse instead, it's not a problem ;)
