ceph-deploy and cache tier ssds

Hello cephers,

I would like to know if it is possible to underprovision the ssd disks when using with ceph-deploy?

I would like to leave at least 10% in unpartitioned space on each ssd to make sure it will keep stable write performance overtime. In the past, i've experienced performance degradation when the ssds were not underprovisioned.
