Migrate system VMs from local storage to CEPH

I appologize, I did post to wrong mailing list, to much emails these days :)
@Wido, yes I did check and there is separete offering butyou can't change
it the same way you change for CPVM and SSVM...
Will post to CS mailing, sorry for this..
