Why does this bug: http://tracker.ceph.com/issues/23582
have two bugs in it? I was thinking about taking
http://tracker.ceph.com/issues/23734, but somebody is already working
on http://tracker.ceph.com/issues/23703
Should I take the first one or they are duplicated?

The second backport issue in http://tracker.ceph.com/issues/23582 was an
oversight - thanks for bringing it to my attention. I have deleted it.
If you see any others like this, please let me know.
(I use a script, src/script/backport-create-issue, to create the
backport tracker issues when the bug status changes to "Pending
Backport". Recently the script started creating these duplicate backport
isues - I thought I had deleted them all.)
