Running into some errors compiling ceph-0.48 (argonaut) on RHEL5. From what I can see, most of the files only pull in one or the other (via some ifdef/elif code blocks), but evidently one of them does not. I have not been able to track it down, yet - is this something anyone else has encountered? 0.44 seemed to work fine, this seems to be unique to 0.48.
