A lot of good stuff is in Dag's repository. This time rpm.pbone.net told me there are rpms of zoneminder in Karan's repository. Go to http://centos.karan.org/el5/extras/testing/i386/RPMS/ and search for zoneminder (or go to the x86_64 repo if you're on x86_64 os).
