I like CentOS on my servers. Redhat compatibility gives wide third
party support and the extended lifetime makes sure I do not have to
perform a major upgrade on those every 18 months.

Having both Fedora and CentOS in my environment means there is a common
base compatibility between the two.

I guess this is the typical case for many users including myself.
Note, though, that Fedora's lifespan is more like 13 months.
